In this show we tackle the question of how anxiety affects your’ life, relationship and the bedroom. Omar provides insight into how people want to believe they have anxiety, to provide a reason for the challenges they face in their lives. We consider performance anxiety for men, some possible solutions and discuss the fact that anxiety appears to be on the increase. We consider how priorities and values will influence the level of anxiety in a relationship and how to prevent anxiety from impacting sex.
About Omar Raafat
London born, but Egyptian bred, Omar has an insatiable hunger for personal growth and from a young age, he was fascinated with the mind and what it could achieve, especially how to harness and control its power and potential. This didn’t translate into his studies and he initially qualified as a dentist, but always knew it wasn’t his calling or what he was meant to be doing. So, he went after more and what he truly wanted in his life.
Omar spent the last few years fine tuning his skills under some great mentors in the field of personal development and hypnosis and eventually founded Mind is Matter. He now spends his days helping people to overcome anxiety, so they can reconnect to who they truly are. Omar also travels between the UK and Egypt training people in NLP & Hypnosis.
