Scott’s knowledge and awareness of how to create change and transformation in your’ life, moved us to understand that you need to address values first and then adjust your’ habits. This was the case in his own story of losing over 100 pounds and how he put that weigh back on countless times, before realising he needed more than a diet to create transformation in his life. When he finally lost the weight for good, it led to his appearance on the Oprah Winfrey show and an entirely different life.
Scott also discusses how his self-image and appearance before losing the weight, affected his relationships, sex life and realising his true potential in life.
